| Are appointments necessary? We always will encourage you to make an appointment even though it is not necessary. Walk ins are welcome and we will accommodate them as our schedules allow. But please call ahead when you can. Are appointments guaranteed? We will hold your appointment for as long as we can, but will consider it a 'no show' after you are 10 minutes late. Please call if you are running a little behind schedule, or are not going to be able to make you appointment. Is a shampoo included? Our service includes a shampoo. Our staff will offer the service when they think it's appropriate. If we don't offer you one, and you would like one feel free to ask. What other services do you offer besides haircuts? We offer color treatments, foils and highlights. Mini manicures, and mini pedicures, plus styles, braids and special occasion up do's. For our older client el we'll even take care of any possible unwanted brows. We'll even do the occasional salon party for your little Wild Child and her closest friends (call for details). |
